In my apartment I have two places that I can sleep. I have my bed and I have my couch. My bed is big and comfortable and has really nice sheets made out of wood and is long enough for me to stretch out in. My couch is small, short, and covered in a rough slip cover. Clearly my bed is the better place to sleep.
And yet I prefer to sleep on my couch. I much prefer to sleep on my couch. In fact, I have to force myself to sleep in my bed, because if I don’t I’ll just end up falling asleep on the couch. When I do that I wake up the next morning with my neck killing me and my knees aching from being bent all night so that I can fit onto my couch.
I have no clue why I do this. It doesn’t make any sense. I’m so messed up.
