Confused

I’ve been doing some thinking lately about God, because I’m bored. There are people who say that God created the Universe. Well if God created the Universe, then who created God? If the answer is that no one created God and that God has always been, then why can’t it just be that the Universe has always existed, and no one created the Universe?

The answer is boringly disappointing. If there is a God, if he really created the universe, then time is irrelevant to God, since God basically knows no time.

The notion of time as we know it was planted in our brains by The Evil One, planted there to confuse us. :-)

Now scientists tell us that the universe is closed in itself: large, but circular nevertheless. I wouldn’t be surprised if time turns out to be circular as well. How about that for a movie title? “Forward to the Past”.

Now if that doesn’t confuse you.
