And so far I hate it. I think the settings are all wrong and it keeps causing my blood sugar to go low and it feels really weird to have this thing attached to me and no one thought “Hey, what happens if you need to take your pants off” with this thing, because you end up having to awkwardly hold it in your teeth or something like that.

I must admit that I haven’t got a clue where you will keep these things, even under normal circumstances (in your pocket? attached to your skin with four screws?). Would some tape be useful?
And more important: does it have its own IP address, so we can send it an SNMP packet to buy you an extra shot? >;-)
(sorry, just kidding)
Anything new requires a “breaking-in” period. I have heard good things about people who have used it, so keep trying.
There are two parts to it. Part of it has a catheter that inserts under my skin. Half of this part is below the skin, the other half is above it. Then the pump itself has a tube which plugs into that other part. So I can take the pump off to shower and stuff like that.
Unfortunately it is not on the internet, but apparently I can download the info from it to my computer. But I think I should be able to get email on it.
Personally I will faint with just the idea that they will stick a needle into me, so I admire your courage to run around with a device like that.
Is it a one-way-in device or does it also take measurements of your blood sugar level?
ps. It sounds the thing is hackable, so don’t be surprised if it starts playing “yankee doodle” one of these days. LOL.
Hold on !!!
