In New York

I’m in New York right now, which is why I haven’t posted. I’m having a pretty good time, although parts of it have been a little weird. I didn’t have that “Oh man, I lived here” feeling until tonight, but it hit me pretty hard. I hung out with a friend of mine in the East Village, and we used to hang out in the East Village, and it just felt like I had never left.

But still, I don’t have any real desire to move back here, as cool as some parts of it are. I’m pretty happy with the choice I made to move back to St. Louis, and being here hasn’t changed that.

    I walked by, but not in. I wasn’t sure how happy anyone would be to see me. And I was soaking wet.
