I Never Thought The Day Would Come

I’ve been waiting to post something about this, but since they have both updated their facebook profiles, I feel like it is now allowed. Most of you know, but some of you may not know, but Phil and Helen are now engaged. That’s right. Engaged. Like, to get married. Phil. Helen. Going to get married.

As shocking as it is, I want to congratulate both of them. My excitement over hearing about wedding plans for the next 16 months is hardly containable.

    He’s my little brother, and I guess you never really imagine that your little brother is going to get married.

    Like they say in real estate the 3 more important things are location, location location, in marriage the 3 necessary things are character, character, character. Both Phil and Helen are very mature for their age and of good character and I wish them well and give my blessing.
