If this is too controversial for my beloved Smackie, feel free to delete. I believe strongly that there is life after birth. The same motherly love and protection should be given to a baby after it is born. A four month old special needs baby needs its own momma. Yes, women can do it all. But not all at the same time. I marvel at what this generation of women has accomplished. But they know it is not easy. And to those who preach abstinance instead of information about birth control, I say “Put a diaper on it.”

I am so confused. I am not supposed to vote for Obama because his mother was a teenaged unwed woman (so obviously she has bad values that she inflicted on her son), but I am supposed to be OK about Palin because what an honorable thing her daughter did to keep the baby yada yada yada. I’ve got complaints with both sides, but the nit-picking crap (the crap that has nothing to do with ablity to lead, like someone’s middle name or an indiscretion of someone 25 years ago) seriously pisses me off.

I would also suggest that since you live in Dogtown, you have a proximity to immigrants (who you’ve never spoken with), therefore making you extremely qualified to handle the immigration issue.
